Lee Seung-gi and Han Hyo-joo soared rankings as ad models
Shining Inheritance (Brilliant Legacy) stars Lee Seung-gi and actress Han Hyo-joo have been chosen as rising ad models. Lee Seung-gi's ranking soared from number 23 in the first half of the year to fourth. Han Hyo-joo, ranked 17th, in spite of not being in the ranks during the first half.
The SBS-TV drama "Shining Inheritance / Brilliant Legacy" ended its run with a rating of 47.1 percent in July.
In the latest survey, comedian Yoo Jae-suk ranked first and figure skater Kim Yu-na ranked second.
South Korea's leading pop idol group Girls' Generation ranked third place and boy band 2PM took the seventh place, emerging from previous low rankings.
Traditionally high-placed actors Jang Dong-gun and Jeon Ji-hyun dropped sharply in their rankings.
